It is perhaps appropriate for Americans to conclude that Trump, Republicans and the Trump administration stand guilty of dereliction of duty regarding handling and managing the COVID-19 PANDEMIC crisis. Therefore, negligence of duty for the deaths of 344,000+ Americans, Trump and Trump administration merit and warrant criminal prosecutions for culpable homicide.
They need to monitor the sewage from nursing homes, schools and universities, large workplaces for Covid so tests can target locations where the virus is then tracing and isolating can be done. Every school and nursing home needs a nurse who tests anyone with symptoms right away…if positive then she visits class tests everyone goes to the Covid positive students or patients family tests them. She helps set up isolation at home and educate family. OR have isolation hospitals to keep spread from family.
