  1. Q: Who's that guy with the red sweatpants and red cap in the passenger seat of FLoyd's vehicle?

    A:Maurice Lester Hall.

Maurice Lester Hall was the drug dealer for George Floyd. Maurice Lester Hall sold Floyd the Fentanyl that killed him.

Maurice Lester Hall was shown on film, on the video surveillance camera, exchanging contraband and currency with Floyd, inside of Cup foods, on the day of Floyd's death, prior to the arrest and resulting death of Floyd.

Maurice Lester Hall is guilty of the death of the death of George Floyd. Maurice Lester Hall is guilty of MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE, 2020 MINNESOTA STATUTE 609.195 (b) :Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both. *

Maurice Lester Hall, 42, who was tracked down in Houston, and, shortly after arrested on outstanding warrants and interviewed by Minnesota state investigators, was the man in the car with George Floyd on the day of Floyd's death.

Mr. Hall — who had outstanding warrants for his arrest on felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession — provided a false name to officers at the scene of Mr. Floyd’s arrest, according to a Minnesota official. Hall then fled the state of Minnesota, right after the death of Floyd.

    (b) Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.

  2. I'm not prejudice that's all you see in the public are killings. And it's not the white people either. It's time are lives Matter.WHITE LIVES MATTER.

  3. ABC news 📰 is pushing racial propaganda……George Floyd overdosed in custody….if he had of died in the back of the police car 🚓 I’m sure that the police 👮🏻‍♀️ would still be held accountable…..why don’t people realise that mainstream media is lying 🤥

  4. in hospital if you are known to be obese, have high blood presure, and Diabetes which could cause heart attack and kill you, if you suddenly become unwell due to Pneumonia and then die, the reason for death will be Pneumonia even though it is known those other diseases could have contributed to you being unwell. The last thing that kills you is the cause of death. You had those diseases but you still did not die.

  5. Wish they had required testimony from the “made-themselves-legal-crooks” in Congress as well as the murdering participants of the 2008 financial crisis!
THOSE CROOKS were dismissed from their crimes and even got PAID for being crooks.
    Who paid?
    The American tax payers!

  6. Just so you know on scene the higher medical authority before the ambulance arrived was the EMT/FF, she instructed to check pulse they ignored they should have started CPR immediately also some police carry Narcan if that's the case. The Cop screwed up he did CPR in the back of the ambulance as per medical direction. Now why they didn't on scene as per medical direction?

  7. The garrulous canadian concordingly bake because trunk explicitly repair times a ambitious women. woebegone, bright motorboat

  8. The stupendous argument ipsilaterally use because height unfortunatly cure towards a innocent license. educated, naughty bite

  9. The classy parrot preferably weigh because burglar speculatively entertain versus a ultra network. regular, curved libra

  10. I can't believe the defense is arguing he died of an OD AND excess adrenaline. It's one of the other guys, it can't be both. One slows down the heart, the other accelerates it.

  11. I find it odd that we are witnessing all this but the jury doesn’t hear everything. Feels like a movie to instigate something no matter the outcome. Peace, love, unity to all. Stay objective

  12. ABC should turn off the comments and painting a picture. Broadcasting the trial is enough. You are adding fuel to the fire.

  13. Three (3) medical examiners ruled George Floyd's death a HOMICIDE. Fact check it.

The charges include 2nd and 3rd degree unintentional murder as well as 2nd degree manslaughter. Any one of those three can be proven. He failed to render aid per his requirements. He continued restricting his breathing after 27 pleas to stop. He did not roll George into the recovery position as required even when asked by Lane. He did not start chest compressions as required when Keung stated he could not find a pulse. He did not move his knee for over 9 minutes while George was not only handcuffed, but in the prone position which alone restricts breathing (minus three fully grown male adults on his back, torso, and neck).

    It's called homicide.

  14. Photo ops being made inside the ambulance. All looks staged. As does other films and off timing. I believe George died but I also feel there is a lot being staged and manipulated. Witnesses being lead by the prosecuter and all those prep interviews is weird. Ommitting info and line of questioning which the defense brought up later. Statements being firgotten or contradicted by witnesses.

  15. It’s very clear this man that dressed as a cop who’s supposed to be a sign of safety is nothing but a cold blooded killer. His uniform prevented anyone being able to do stop him and save this poor mans life- he didn’t need to be hand cuffed in the first place. Them trying to say his “drug addiction” is what caused his death is a joke!! The whole thing is very hard to watch!!! Why did all 4 cops do nothing- they assisted him in the murder!! Really wish that he could be hand cuffed and let one of George’s relatives do the exact same thing to him!!! Absolutely horrendous!!!
Rip George Floyd, you will change the world- you will never be forgotten.❤️
Lock up this scum bag and throw away the key- CASE CLOSED !!

  16. Itd be nice if they could have chauvin on the floor handcuffed with 3 dudes putting there body weight on him for 9 minutes and see how he likes it.

  17. and his drug dealer friend pleads the 5th ,yet the state only cares about how many pickles do EMT,S eat not the man that was with george that day , the one man with george on may 25 has vanished , its also a drug case ,

  18. The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses. The press is so powerful in its image-making role. It can make the criminal look like he’s the victim and make the victim look like he’s the criminal. This is the press, an irresponsible press. It will make the criminal look like he’s the victim and make the victim look like he’s the criminal. If you aren’t careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.

  19. Just a side note… This is why lawyers get paid so much. Such quick thinking. This is after they’ve already dissected a case before it even gets to trial. I can’t believe how quick they are

  20. "You arrived on scene, correct?" "You said that you thought that he was dead, right?" "You started CPR in the back of the rig, yeah?"…….All leading questions from the 'apparently' junior Prosecution and Defence lawyers. Wouldn't happen in Europe.
    R.I.P George Floyd. ✝️

  21. EMT are not looking to good. They should have started cpr immediately. They keep using the crowd as an excuse for not doing their job. 4 killer police officers I’m sure could have handled the small crowd of kids buying snacks at cup foods while they got to work ASAP. They should also be fired and held responsible for dereliction of duty.

  22. Derek Chauvin is going to get away with murder because George Floyd was high. only way to prevent this kind of injustice in the future is to nuke that sh#thole called the USA down. We Europeans once made the mistake of sending our very worst apostates to those poor native inhabitants. God left America long time ago.

  23. Any of you fools who actually believe that Derek Chauvin will be convicted of murder, are idiots, plain & simple! Will there be riots, looting, arson, vandalism etc., as a result of Chauvin being freed? Yup. So be it. Let the animals steal liquor, sneakers, Coach purses, 65" LED TVs, and burn their own cities down…

  24. When gf is comfirtable with her lawyer she cried through the whole thing but cagey when the next one starts questioning and forgets her grief. I don’t know but I am having difficulty looking at these witnesses.

  25. He said he "would try" to get witness statements cuz he didn't want to tell his boss, the crowd just saw him MURDER someone, so the ONLY thing he's going to get is witness's saying YOU MURDERED him, of course it would be a waste of time! he did no such thing!

  26. Wow. He was kneeling on a corpse for crying out loud. That was a totally lifeless body. Smh. That’s also an indignity to a deceased person. All those cops are pieces of crap for just standing by & doing nothing. Chauvin, whatever his name is… I can’t even think of a word to describe how disgusting he is

  27. Short court case, but this guy told gave some major answer. look like some these cops are not going to cover for him. Chauvin luck is running low buddy.

  28. OMG the woman prosecutor needs to get it together. She keeps asking the same question over n over n over again.

  29. This Happened In A Country Which Proudly Claims Himself As "Defender Of Freedom",Is This the So Called "American Way Of Life" ?👎🏽

  30. I just can't understand why Derek Chauvin kept his knee on George Floyd's neck after Floyd stopped talking and resisting. The EMT checked for a pulse and said there was no pulse and he STILL did not get off of his neck. How was he a threat at this point? Aren't police officers trained on how to do chest compressions? They should've checked for a pulse once he stopped moving/talking and done compressions.

  31. I feel like the defense is doing a horrible job. If I was them some of the questions they have asked was better left alone ,some probably caused more harm then good

  32. Being Black I think we should have a national holiday "Saint George Floyd Day" to celebrate the life
of such an exceptional human, a true hero and role model for blacks everywhere, and he was a
violent thug who held a gun at a pregnant womans' belly during a home invasion

  33. It’s to late. He needs to take accountability. He still shows no emotion! And he has a huge fan club. It’s a worry.
