  1. In this episode of Turbo Power Rangers we learn the one can simply slip out the operating system of one starship with another. Orion computers must be open source with genuine Federation Parts. They did it In minutes mind you. We also learn that Burn-ham is perfectly willing to risk everything to save one of her friends or relatives, but if you need to save yours, she’ll neck pinch your ass, stuff you in an escape pod, and buh bye.

  2. I was still waiting in this season to see the face expression of Burnham when she finds out that the klingons and the Federation were allies.

  3. Love the show but wish they would just quit dragging in current politics. Note to CBS. There would be no Star Trek or YouTube if it weren't for Capitalism.

  4. YET AGAIN, THE FEDERATION "WHO WE ARE" GOODY-GOODY NONSENSE CAUSES MANY DEATHS AND MUCH DESTRUCTION. IF SARU HAD NOT LET HIS DISTORTED SENSE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS STOP PHILLIPPA FROM KILLING THE TRADER THUG, VERA, ON THE ICE PLENAT, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPERNED. HE TOLD OSYRAA ABOUT THE DISCOVERY AND WHAT IT COULD DO. EMERALD CHAIN KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT OR THE 'SPORE DRIVE'.
ALL OF THAT WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURED IF GEORGIO HAD JUST VAPORIZED THE OBVIOUS, CALCULATING THREAT. DISCOVERY HAS DONE THAT OVER AND OVER, THE ONE GLARING WEAKNESS OF THE SHOW.

MICHAEL'S ORIGINAL 'SHOOT AN OBVIOUS THREAT 1ST' APPROACH WOULD HAVE SAVED COUNTLESS LIVES, IN THE PAST AND FUTURE. SHE DID NOT START THE KLINGON WAR, THEY WERE MASSING TO DO IT ANYWAY. IF ANYTHING, SHE SAVED MUICH TIME AND SURPRISE BY ACTING LOGICALLY AND WITH COMMON SENSE.
SARU IS A ONE DIMENSIONAL, PROPOGANSA SUBMISSIVE AND HIS NOTION OF FAIR IS CHILDISH AND INEPT.
I LOVE THE SHOW, BUT THE "FEDERATION" FAKE HUMANISM IS REALLY GETTING OLD AND INFANTILE! THE CUTE LITTLE "DROIDS" ARE PURE MERCHANDISING AND UNNEEDED. THE COMPUTER INFO COULD HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT A PHYSICAL TOY ROBOT.

  5. Personally this year's been good but every Star Trek series has up and downs in the series it's the way it's always been I will say one thing the acting is your has been superb and we'll have to wait to see what happens to make a final judgment

  6. 1) Stamets annoys me to no end.
    2) Stamets claimed he is a “father” to Adira. When did this happen?
    3) Adira was an member of the Earth Defence Force and now she’s a child in need of parenting?
    4) I liked the scene with Stamets and Burnham but Stamets is one selfish mofo and Burnham specifically asked the crew NOT to join her in the future. The whole point of them going to the future was to save everyone so it’s ironic, though believable, that Stamets would criticize Burnham for (finally) making the right call and putting the needs of the many before the needs of Stamets.

  7. Just to explain everyone:
The burn is supposedly caused by mental interaction between the kelpian and dilithium due to the proximity of with dilithium planet during his birth.

If we go back to episode "Where No One Has Gone Before" from star trek next generation. There "The travel" mentions the relation between warp travel and the mind, hell wesley mentions it in the warp equations.

@ . If not then how did "The traveler" improve warp efficiency of the enterprise just with his thoughts ?. Maybe the kelpian born close to the dilithium planet caused him to have ablities similar to "The traveler". This episode is very much inline with start trek next generation, so i liked it very much

  8. hands down best episode of the season. Good leadership, choices, sacrifice everything makes sense and to point. guess i like discovery back again now V/. guess discovery sets up everything intially and then closes all plot correctly towards the end.

  9. For the sake of the child and reason I hope that the child is NOT the cause of the Burn. For the child because it will be saving him only for him to go mad when he founds out he had caused the deaths of millions of people. I don't think a normal person can live with such a guilt. And for the reason- it is just so implausible and unjust- so the suffering of that child is heard throughout the Universe but the suffering of any and all other children out there- they are not important because this child is SPECIAL Up until now it has been only Burnham (and this is what I used to find annoying in her and not feel at all inspired by her character because I found it such a cliché) being so very special to the Universe, all the rest are just normal people in abnormal circumstances (well- Tilly – the Discovery's Cinderella in a manner, might prove to be another one). I hope that Discovery won't disappoint me in that as this season I've become a fan to this iteration of Star Trek. Oh, and I am so glad admiral Vance and the Federation did not prove to be a villain.

  10. Take the most illogical and emotional character and make he acting captain, and suddenly she is a mary sue. God i hate this show. Seriously rooting for the green chick to become new president of the federation.

  11. I feel like the distress call will have the Romulans and Vulcans show up to lend a hand. Glad to hear some criticism on the Burns story arc being due to a Kelpien this week.

  12. The scenes with admiral Vans and Osiraa were amazing. Replicator food is shit. And the guy playing the lie detector holo was awesome

  13. What I dont understand in this episode is how did the sphere data hid itself to what they said a small section of data? Isnt the sphere data supposed to be huge? or did it hid itself on all those cute robots?

  14. The Micheal show, got to be worse season so far. Voyager, next generation, deep space 9 all better written and actors. So disappointed 😞

  15. One thing I have to complain about, is the chain is overly smart in this season. And able to know things too easily. But I liked this episode.

  16. Why would Starfleet refuse any kind of alliance with Osyraa? The last story arc was literally about how awesome Mirror Georgiou was. Wasn't the whole point with Mirror Georgiou that sometimes they had to do some unsavory things for the greater good? Starfleet had no problem allying with a genocidal megalomaniac, used her skills and knowledge, and had her help the Federation using extremely underhanded methods like assassination and torture. They even spent like 5 minutes praising her after she was gone.

And now they're refusing peace with Osyraa why? How would that alliance be worse than what Mirror Georgiou helped them do? Plant a bomb that could have blown up Qo'nos. Meddle in the internal politics of the Klingon Empire by putting in place an empress, assassinating rival House leaders and blackmailing the new empress. Conduct illegal covert operations within the Federation. Implement a major cover up within the Federation.

  17. Is Vance a Vulcan in human disguise or something? Admiral Vance does not give a damn about what good his possible compromise will bring to the prime universe since he is so happy in his admiral seat barking so-called "ideals"

  18. Meh losing interest in this show rapidly. Loved season 2 with Pike and spock but this series has lost the plet completely. I think the writing is terrible.

  19. I am very sorry but I must say that no matter how hard I try I am getting only about 40% or more of what you are saying. I realize my hearing isnt as good as it used to be, but even with everything I can think of to augment the sound, I just cant understand you. I will still give you a like for the effort and stay subscribed, but I just thought that you should know that some of us are having difficulties. I am sure I am not the only one.

  20. everytime I see th9se drones , I think of droids from Star Wars. I think of R2D2 on the Naboo ship from Episoe 1 repairing the shield generator. Im okay with the droids on str trek because I think someday that is a real possibility for the world.
