Idk why but I went to Lake Canoe and I had already 1/3 but I did nothing then I cached 2 fishes and they counted for me even if I didn't go to Lazy Lake or Steamy Stacks.
you actually don't need to go to all 3 locations, I blew up 3 fish holes at the same location and it worked for me

For everyone the last challenge we have to do it near steamy stacks It's not glitch You're just doing it in the wrong spot you have to do it in the river on the right side of steamy stacks to get it right No offense to the person that made the video
